- Won unanimous jury verdict on behalf of major health care system sued for $20 million after allegedly causing a patient’s brain injury and total incapacitation
- Won arbitration proceeding on behalf of major health care institution sued by a software developer for alleged copyright violations
- Won unanimous defense verdict on behalf of major health care institution in case involving sudden death of a patient following routine prostate cancer surgery
- Won jury verdict for major health care institution in a medical malpractice case involving brain damage allegedly caused by trauma during an x-ray procedure
- Won jury verdict for major health care institution in a premises liability case of alleged toxic exposure
- Obtained dismissals of Texas Medical Board investigations on behalf of physicians in virtually every area of medicine and surgery
