Oscar De la Rosa has more than 25 years’ experience representing hospital systems and health care providers. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association as well as the American Bar Association, Health Law Section.

• Won unanimous jury verdict on behalf of major health care system sued for $20 million after allegedly causing a patient’s brain injury and total incapacitation
• Won arbitration proceeding on behalf of major health care institution sued by a software developer for alleged copyright violations
• Won unanimous defense verdict on behalf of major health care institution in case involving sudden death of a patient following routine prostate cancer surgery
• Won jury verdict for major health care institution in a medical malpractice case involving brain damage allegedly caused by trauma during an x-ray procedure
• Won jury verdict for major health care institution in a premises liability case of alleged toxic exposure
• Obtained dismissals of Texas Medical Board investigations on behalf of physicians in virtually every area of medicine and surgery
• Won take-nothing judgments on behalf of physicians in virtually every area of medicine and surgery
